Understand DV Case Number Movement.
The Visa Bulletin helps DV selectees understand when regional case numbers may become eligible for interview scheduling. It changes monthly, so always read the current official bulletin.
Important: A current case number does not override the Department of State's December 23, 2025 pause on diversity visa issuances. Applicants may still be scheduled and interviewed, but the Department says no diversity visas are currently being issued.
What To Watch
- Your DV region, such as Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, or South America.
- Your case number rank within that region.
- Monthly cutoffs and whether your number is current.
